With homemade ingredients according to know-how handed down over 40 years, Ms. Bich Vietnamese sandwich shop  (Go Vap Dist., HCMC) sells about 2,000 loaves of bread a day, each of 12,000 dong adding up to the  earning up to 25 million / day. According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich (over 50 years old, shopkeeper), her breads are all made by her homemade traditional know-how from her father who also handed down tasty butter-pate formula.

 Ms. Bich said: “There is little success today because my father invented the special recipe  of butter-pate nowhere to be found, that is the main flavor of the sandwich. That was the effort and enthusiasm of my father so we decided that we can add, delete or create any thing we like, but with butter-pate we will never change “.

 Everyday, the shop finishes around 20 big butter pate and 150 kg of chicken. A loaf is 12.000d and all finish at around 8.00 PM. With over 2000 loafs, she earns around 25 millions per day with his business.
