SATISFACCIÓN EN SERVICIO

Hace poco disfrutamos de algunos servicios turísticos con esta empresa. Contratamos el tour con transfer del aeropuerto de Hanoi, que fue estupendo. No pudimos contratar el viaje a Halong Bay que teníamos previsto, y por ello nos perdimos el Tour Gastronómico gratuito (0$) en Hanoi, pero pudimos conseguir realizar otro similar en otra ciudad, Ho Chi Minh, con otra promoción de la empresa: el Tour Gastronómico Saigón 0$, junto con visita a la ciudad, y un recorrido por la fascinante red de túneles de Cu Chi.

El guía que nos acompañó en los dos días de tour fue un lujazo, muy amable y profesional. Y el recorrido gastronómico de la siguiente tarde fue algo memorable. Recorrimos la calle principal y visitamos dos mercados preciosos, probando unos 10 platos locales. Como cena, una experiencia genial.

Recomendaría a cualquiera que viaje a Hanoi y/o Ho Chi Minh esta compañía para disfrutar de alguno de sus servicios. Especialmente los Tours Gastronómicos, que están (o al menos estaban cuando fuimos) en promoción. Fueron toda una experiencia culinaria incluso para los menos aventureros en este ámbito. La relación calidad/precio es extraordinaria.
