HAD A GOOD TIME IN HANOI

Good tour guide and trip planning. Response was fast for every question I had. Service quality including hotel and transport was good. Too bad I had to miss out 2 important places so the trip was not truly complete for me. But will recommend VTT to friends and use their service again when I visit Vietnam.

Our 1st time to Hanoi was warmly welcomed by Mr. Ha Pham. His introduction and explanation to places we visited were good and clear. In addition Windy has been helpful and quick to respond to queries and we're satisfied with the tour arrangement.
Our Hanoi private city tour was unfortunately disappointing because we were not able to visit HCM area and Temple of Literature due to closure for official visits. It was replaced by a short visit to Museum of Ethnology. Although it wasn't the fault of the tour company, it's still a pity that we missed the places we wanted to visit.
