    HOW THE PROCESS GOES

    Step 1: Get the photos of passports, day you would like to come to Vietnam

    Step 2: Pay the deposit money Online to confirm the services

    Step 3: Get the Copy of the letter (through scanning as a picture); print it out. Bring it with you when you fly to Vietnam. Without it the airport will not let you take a fly to Vietnam.

    Step 4: Get the Visa Stamp at the Custom when you check in Vietnam. There will be a counter where you will go to: Visa On Arrival counter. Please handle the letter and the passport with 02 PHOTOS (4cm x 6cm) of you to the Custom office and pay the stamp fee of 45$ per passport to get the stamp and you can stay in Vietnam for 1 month.

    Step 5: Find your driver who is holding a card with: "VTT Welcomes: Mr./Mrs + Your name". Take a drive to your chosen hotel in Hanoi, Danang or Saigon city center. End of services!

    WHEN I NEED 1 MONTH TOURIST VISA SINGLE ENTRY

    You are visiting Vietnam and flying in just one time to visit the country within 1 month and will not enter Vietnam again after flying out, it is time you can look for a 1 Month Tourist Visa Single Entry. This is most common tourist visa type.

    WHEN I NEED 1 MONTH TOURIST VISA MULTIPLE ENTRY

    You are visiting Vietnam and flying in and out more than 1 time within 1 month, you will need "1 Month Tourist Visa Multiple Entry". Example: You land in Vietnam, visit some places then go to Laos, later get back to Vietnam to fly home. This is most common for tourists visiting Indochina.

      During our trip in Hanoi, we booked several services with this company: Visa on arrival for my 2 persons and airport transfer with 33$ altogether, 2 days car rental from Hanoi to Halong bay with 80$ and the vehicle to the airport with 18$. All service prices are among the cheapest we could find. All emails and questions got answered in promised time. The visa letter came 3 days after the breeze online payment.
