Hanoi airport transfer 9.0The Airport transfer service from airport to hotel meets our expectation. The size of vehicle is enough for 10 people, but it is not recommended for transportation for long hours. Driver is patient and friendly. Our flight delayed and he waited us for more than 2 hours without showing any bad temperament. He didn't ask for any tip which is very nice and polite.

Airport transfer 7.0Driver was there even though my flight was delayed. Seems polite. Driver unable to speak English thus it would be good if there is a central hot line customer can talk to or translate for driver.

Wonderful deal + Service 9.0We got our trip back to Hanoi with the deal of 75$ for 3 persons private transfer from Halong City to Hanoi with the company and the service was so good. Driver was safe and understood when we wanted to stop for some break. I highly recommend the company transfer service.

To sum up: Wonderful! 10.0We had 5 days in Hanoi with the customized package from VTT with the Vspirit cruise and the food tour. This 2-day cruise was part of a 4-star hotel in Hanoi and a Deluxe cruise with the free food tour led by Windy during his spare time after office work. Our drivers were always on time and the food tour brought us a fantastic experience of Hanoi food. Our most expected activity was with Halong vsprit cruise. The shuttle bus with was on time and the guide spoke a very good English. They stopped halfway for souvenir in the middle of the 4 hours drive. Within minutes of boarding the vessel we were able to buy drinks (quite reasonable prices if you are on the ocean) and were given keys to our cabins. There were 19 other people on the cruise and the boat was quite full and there were various nationalities in this Engilsh-speaking junk cruise. The cabins were comfortable, had en-suite wc and shower and secure door locks. The food was excellent and plentiful throughout the cruise and there was lots to do. Activities included swimming, kayaking, tai chi, a cooking class and a visit to the biggest cave in Halong Bay. We spent the night in a very quiet area of the bay and I was able to get a signal to phone home. Some of places with strong signal, I was even able to check my emails.Halong scenery was truly breathtaking, the guide and crew were really helpful and the cruise was without doubt, one of the highlights of the tour.We would like to send our special thanks to Vspirit cruise, tour guide Toan, driver Tien and especially Windy for offering the most wonderful experience in Hanoi, Vietnam. We will surely use this company when we get back in Asia.

Brilliant Hanoi trip with Signature cruise 9.0Our trip in Hanoi was really well taken, Driver was great and always on time. The private drive 2 days for Halong Bay is really suitable for us as we do not like in a group shuttle bus. The tour guide on the cruise - Dat - was really informative and helpful. Skylark hotel is very center located and convinient for the city visit. Food was good

I will return 10.0I got to this car agency by accident with a search on internet and I was hesitating to book my daily car with driver for my work in Bac Ninh, Hai Duong and Ha Tay province. I have to say, in deed, this is not my first time in Vietnam but the first time I can go with the real car rental company. Free cancel everyday before 6.00 pm of the previous day and pay according to the place I go in the day were the strong point of the deal and it really helped me with the work in 3 different factory. Our daily driver was Mr. Phong who is really careful and loves his vehicle. All my 18 weeks in Vietnam, he was always on time.
