Any cancellation by you must be initiated by telephone to the VTT office at +84.4.66871948 (Between 8 AM and 5 PM Pacific time) or hotline: +84.988836118 OR by email info@asiapearltravel.com. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.
In certain cases you may be eligible to receive a full or partial refund depending upon:
• the reason for your cancellation or
• the number days of prior to the start of the tour your cancellation request is received or
• the amount expended by VTT or the individual guide to prepare for your tour or
• the cancellation policy option you choose
VTT is not responsible for any incidental expenses You may have incurred as a result of the purchase of your tour such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or loss of enjoyment, etc.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel or cannot take your tour as a consequence of force majeure, VTT will refund the amount you have paid for your tour after considering the cost VTT and the tour guide have paid in advance to prepare the services for you which cannot be refunded. We will refund the amount you have paid less any non-recoverable out-of-pocket costs the Tour Guide has incurred on your behalf – car rentals, admissions, hotel reservations, tickets etc. We may require you to provide verification to confirm that you were unable to take your tour if you request a refund under this provision.
Force Majeure includes impersonal events such as war, civil insurrection, strikes, volcanoes, weather, earthquake or natural disaster. If you are on a ship and it is unable to dock for whatever reason, you are covered under this ‘force majeure’ provision.
For cancellation due to any other reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstances), the date on which the request to cancel is received by VTT will determine the refund due as follows:
For any Car rental or Guide booking:
– Cancellation 72 hours before the tour activity: NO cost per cancellation. If it is a closer to departure date of the booking, it will apply to Non-refundable.
For any 4, 5 star cruises and hotels:
– Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: No cost per cancellation.
– Cancellation 29 to 7 days before departure: deposit paid or 30% of tour price if paid in full for the 4 or 5 start cruises and hotels.
– Cancellation less than 7 days before departure: no refund
For any Vietnam Tour Package service with the 4, 5 star cruises and hotels:
– Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: No cost per cancellation for the tour service. Charged up to the cost of non-refundable promotional airline tickets, train tickets…
– Cancellation 29 to 7 days before departure: deposit paid or 30% of tour price if paid in full for the 4 or 5 star cruises and hotels. No cost for the tour services of Car rental, guide, meals…. Charged up to the cost of non-refundable promotional airline tickets, train tickets…
– Cancellation from 2 to 7 days before departure: no refund for the 4 or 5 start cruises and hotels, 30% deposit paid or 30% of tour price if paid in full for the tour services of Car rental, guide, meals….Charged up to the cost of non-refundable promotional airline tickets, train tickets…
– Cancellation after 48 hours prior to departure date: No refund the whole tour service
For 3 star cruises, hotels or others:
– Cancellation 7 days or more before departure: No cost per cancellation.
– Cancellation 48 hours to 7 days before departure: deposit paid or 30% of tour price if paid in full.
– Cancellation less than 48 hours before departure: no refund
For any Vietnam Tour service with the 3 star cruises and hotels:
– Cancellation 7 days or more before departure: No cost per cancellation for the tour service. Charged up to the cost of non-refundable promotional airline tickets, train tickets…
– Cancellation 48 hours to 7 days before departure: deposit paid or 30% of tour price if paid in full for the 3 star cruises and hotels. No cost for the tour services of Car rental, guide, meals…. Charged up to the cost of non-refundable promotional airline tickets, train tickets…
– Cancellation from 2 to 7 days before departure: 30% of tour price with hotels, car, guide, meals…Charged up to the cost of non-refundable promotional airline tickets, train tickets…
– Cancellation after 48 hours before departure: No refund the whole tour service
In some cases, VTT may cancel a tour due to weather or other circumstance. In the event that the Tour Guide cancels the tour, you may choose between a rescheduling of the tour, a full refund of all monies paid OR a credit towards an alternative tour. If you choose to accept a credit, the difference in the cost of the alternative tour will be refunded or paid by you as applicable.
24 HOUR ANY REASON CANCELLATION OPTION
For an additional fee, payable at time of booking, a ’24 HOUR ANY REASON’ cancellation option is available. If you choose to purchase this option, we will refund you the full amount you pay VTT for your tour, provided you notify us of cancellation 24 hours or more before the start of your tour.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour’s start time, the Standard Cancellation Policy above applies.
If you do not make use of this cancellation option, we will issue you a Online coupon equal to the amount you paid for it. This coupon is valid for ANY VTT tour. It is issued after the tour and is valid for two years. It is also transferable to another person.
This service will be ready from beginning of 2017.
