К заливу мы ездили с данной компанией, круиз Paloma.Цена получилась очень хорошей для такого путешествия. Сам круиз был чудесным, персонал приветливый и улыбчивый. Залив Халонг действительно оказался одним из самых прекрасных мест на земле. Здесь повсюду расположено более 2000 известняковых гор и пещер. Пейзажи просто замечательные. Советую обязательно посетить это место при посещении Ханоя.

We got the free food tour of Hanoi with our Halong bay Paloma cruise. The cruise was really good with nice cabin, food and staff. All the activities happened as mentioned in the website. As a part of the special deal, we got the private food tour for 2 persons and it was the most wonderful meal in all around our Christmas holiday in 2015. I would definitely recommend the cruise deal and the food tour that goes with it.

Quasi nessuno nella crociera ci crederebbe. Abbiamo ricevuto un'offerta per Paloma cruise,per un soggiorno di 2 giorni e 1 notte,ancora più bassa rispetto a chi prenota direttamente la crociera, con lo stesso tipo di cabina, ricevendo in regalo anche un tour culinario per 2 persone ad Hanoi che sorprendentemente e' privato, con una guida solo per noi e la possibilità di non condividere la serata con NESSUN altro. E' talmente una grande offerta che ci piacerebbe consigliarla a chiunque e questo è il valore, non crederemo sia reale fino al giorno della partenza. Vorrei caldamente consigliare questa offerta e il servizio della compagnia in generale.

We had a wonderful time in Hanoi, we played two rounds of golf at King's Island (Awesome golf club) and Chi Linh Star GC (voted most challenging course for 2015). Exciting tour, and a great time in Halong bay. The tour was well planned and managed, our guide Sam (Hongha Pham) is most accommodating and efficient. The meals was great too, and we really enjoyed the food tour of old quarters. We were extremely pleased with the travel agent and tour guide. We shall definitely return to Hanoi for further exploration......!

15.00: Head to Bai Tu Long Bay, pass the towns of Hon Gai and Cam Pha, Oan Lagoon,Mat Quy Islet(Monster Head) and Am Tich Islets(Teapot) and Vung Vieng Village.

Visit the Vung Vieng fishing village by local rowing boat (01 hour) or Kayak into the village then return to the vessel for your leisure or join one of the following optional activities: Sunbathing, traditional massage, swimming etc.

10.00: Upon return to the boat you will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing. Please remove all of your belongings from the cabins, you may leave heavy luggage outside of the cabins (staff will transfer directly to the pier).

10.30: Enjoy Set Menu for lunch in the dining room. Relax on the sundeck or in the dining room enjoying the bay scenery as we approach the pier.

7.00: Paloma weighs anchor to sail through the bay and pass by several beautiful places such as Drum Cave, Trinh Nu (Virgin) cave, Coc Ngoi (Toad) Islet, etc. Early breakfast in the dinning room.

8.30: Transfer to Smaller boat for Lan Ha Bay excursion.

9.30: Guided kayaking and swimming at Ba Trai Dao Islet, a pristine natural beach lapped by the turquoise water.

12.30: BBQ lunch is served on beach (depend on the weather).

14.00: Continue discovering discovery Dark Cave & Light Cave(depend on the condition), the most remote point in Lan Ha Bay and bordering the Gulf of Tonkin. Visit its quaint fishing village and lagoon. Possibility of kayaking through an amazing tunnel under a karst mountain (time permitting).

16.00: Return to Paloma Cruise.

17.00: The vessel cruises back to the bay for second overnight anchorage near Ho Dong Tien. Happy hour (Sunset party).

Cancellation by Customer
- More than 15 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates.
- From 14 to 2 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 48 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation policy due to bad Weather
- All cruises in Halong Bay must have permit from Management Board of Halong Bay to stay overnight in the Bay.
- Based on the weather conditions (high winds, monsoon, thunderstorm, cyclone, storm,...), the Management Board has the right to cancel all overnight cruises on certain day to guarantee the safety of tourists.
- In those cases, following policies will be applied:
- - If the cancellation is informed before you leave Hanoi to Halong Bay (you have not used any service yet): 100% refund.
- - If the cancellation is informed during the trip (you have already used some services: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong,...): Only the fee of these services will be charged and we will refund whole remain amount
- - If the trip are cut down from 3 days/2 nights to 2 days/1 night, we will charge as 2 days/1 night trip, plus other services you have already used and refund the remain amount.
- Important Notes:
- - The cancellation is announced ONLY by the Management Board of Halong Bay and often in short notice of time. Therefore your understandings in these situations are highly appreciated
- - The period from May to July is considered as storm weather in Halong Bay with many unpredictable weather conditions. Hence more cruises will be cancelled with short notice during this season.
- - In all cases, please contact our consultants directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
