Our trip in Hanoi was really well taken, Driver was great and always on time. The private drive 2 days for Halong Bay is really suitable for us as we do not like in a group shuttle bus. The tour guide on the cruise - Dat - was really informative and helpful. Skylark hotel is very center located and convenient for the city visit. Food was good

Excellent services from Visa to Halong cruise. Driver was always on time to pick up and could speak good English. Thanks to driver Tien that we have a good time. Do not like the stop halfway to Halong. Things were 2 times higher than local stores in Hanoi. Anyway, it was too far without a stop. Highly recommend the company service and driver Tien personally.

Windy arrangement was great and customized a trip for us. He was excellent in responding to all our queries and even got our pre-approval visa done for free. It was very relaxing with the cruising around Halong Bay on board the Signature. The ship staff brought us a very enjoyable time. Good passengers and staff together also made for fun and laughter but the activities are quite limited, only a visit to a cave within 1 hour for the last day and 45 minutes rowing boat to visit the village. The Hanoi food tour after the cruise was great. Totally an excellent value for all we have got to pay is 280$ for 2 persons for the cruise + private food tour. Much cheaper than other that I searched.

12.30: You will be welcomed aboard and greeted with a complimentary drink. Our Crew will conduct a compulsory safety procedures session and then you are free to check into your cabin and freshen up. Take some time to have a look around the vessel or watch the magical landscape go by.

As we begin to cruise through the bay a special lunch of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites will be served. Dining on a luxury junk with fine food and drinks doesn’t come much better than this. You won’t get a better view in most restaurants around the world.

After lunch we set sail for Bai Tu Long Bay passing the towns of Hon Gai and Cam Pha, extraordinary limestone karst landscapes, Oan Lagoon, Teapot and Monster Head Islets. Explore Vung Vieng fishing village by local rowing boats or kayaks to discover the interesting daily lives of its inhabitants. 6.00 am: The nicest time of the day on Halong Bay is the morning. Head to the upper deck to participate in our daily Tai Chi sessions. Relax with an early morning cup of tea, coffee or juice anywhere you wish on the boat and watch the never ending miraculous scenery unfold before you.

7.00 am: Enjoy our buffet breakfast. It is one of the best, if not the best in the region and our guests are always satisfied. We provide a wide variety of breakfast favorites and we are sure there will be something for you no matter what your preference is.

After breakfast we board the excursion boat for a side trip to Surprise Cave (Sung Sot). The 100 stair climb is well worth the extraordinary views this grotto worn over millions of years into a lime stone karst.

After the cave visit, get back on-board it is time to check out of your cabin as we draw closer to the mainland. After a final early lunch and a last goodbye from our crew, you will board our excursion boat and head back to the wharf where you will be met by your return trip vehicle to transfer you to Hanoi.

End the trip at around 4.30 pm at your hotel in Hanoi.

Lan Ha Bay

6.00 am: Early birds are welcome to attend sunrise Tai Chi on our upper deck and it’s an excellent way to get your energy levels up for today’s adventures. You will be fascinated by the exquisiteness of Halong Bay in the early hours as you enjoy a coffee, tea or juice or take a dip in the emerald waters.

7.00 am: As we raise our anchor we cruise past incredible sites such as Trống (Drum) cave, Trinh Nữ (Virgin) cave, Cóc Ngồi (Toad) Islet and more. Enjoy an amazing buffet breakfast offering an assortment of breakfast items and we are sure that you won’t be disappointed. Our coffee is chosen from the best, as are our selection of fresh juices.

12.00: Next we board our excursion boat to head to Lan Ha Bay, best known for its crystal clear sandy beaches. Enjoy kayaking, swimming or just relax on a stunning secluded beach. A mouth-watering BBQ lunch will be served on the beach (weather permitting).

After lunch we continue on to the most isolated area of Lan Ha Bay near the border of The Gulf of Tonkin and explore Toi and Sang Caves. We visit a beautiful lagoon and charming fishing villages and depending on the weather and tides, kayak through an incredible tunnel under a limestone karst.

16.30: Back on board Signature Cruise, take some time to freshen up, take a nap or just relax at your leisure as we cruise to Ho Dong Tien for our overnight stay. Witness one of the most brilliant sunsets you will ever see. A special a la cart dinner will be served offering you outstanding food and quality service.

19.00: This evening is yours to enjoy whatever you please. Tonight we will hold a movie night with a selection of some of the latest release films available. We also have a selection of board games and trivia quizzes for your entertainment. Our bar is always open and is an ideal place to meet new people and share stories about your adventures.
DAY 3: HALONG BAY - HANOI ( B, Br)
Taichi Class

Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days: 10 % of total price
- From 16 to 30 days:20 % of total price
- From 6 to 15 days:30 % of total price
- Under 6 days:100% of total price
Cancellation policy due to bad Weather
- All cruises in Halong Bay must have permit from Management Board of Halong Bay to stay overnight in the Bay.
- Based on the weather conditions (high winds, monsoon, thunderstorm, cyclone, storm,...), the Management Board has the right to cancel all overnight cruises on certain day to guarantee the safety of tourists.
- In those cases, following policies will be applied:
- - If the cancellation is informed before you leave Hanoi to Halong Bay (you have not used any service yet): 100% refund.
- - If the cancellation is informed during the trip (you have already used some services: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong,...): Only the fee of these services will be charged and we will refund whole remain amount
- - If the trip are cut down from 3 days/2 nights to 2 days/1 night, we will charge as 2 days/1 night trip, plus other services you have already used and refund the remain amount.
- Important Notes:
- - The cancellation is announced ONLY by the Management Board of Halong Bay and often in short notice of time. Therefore your understandings in these situations are highly appreciated
- - The period from May to July is considered as storm weather in Halong Bay with many unpredictable weather conditions. Hence more cruises will be cancelled with short notice during this season.
- - In all cases, please contact our consultants directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Price & Extra Bed
- Free of charge for one child below the age of 5 years sharing with two adults. Limited one child per cabin only
- Children from 5 to under 12 years of age sharing a cabin with two adults on one bed are charged at 50% of adult rate, limited to one child per cabin only.
- Two children below 12 years sharing a private cabin are charged at 75% of the full cabin rate. Child from 12 years must occupy a separate cabin and pay the full cabin rate
