      The Airport transfer service from airport to hotel meets our expectation. The size of vehicle is enough for 10 people, but it is not recommended for transportation for long hours. Driver is patient and friendly. Our flight delayed and he waited us for more than 2 hours without showing any bad temperament. He didn't ask for any tip which is very nice and polite.

      Driver was there even though my flight was delayed. Seems polite. Driver unable to speak English thus it would be good if there is a central hot line customer can talk to or translate for driver.

      It is common that drivers in Vietnam will not be able to speak English as an developing country any English speaking person will not be a simple driver. Kindly contact our support for any further information in need. You can also ask the driver to call to the company.
