DAY 2: SAIGON FULL DAY TOUR (BREAKFAST - LUNCH)- JOIN IN 29/9/2015

8.30 AM:  Pick you up from hotel. Our first place to visit is the Re Unification Palace, the former palace of President of Vietnam Southern Government. Today this building is a museum and venue for official receptions. Visit the private rooms of the president, the “War Room” from where the South Vietnamese forces were controlled, and, most poignantly, the room where the North Vietnamese army finally took control in 1975.

Following the journey, the charming Post Office and the Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral - as known as the city’s major landmarks would come to our sight. The visit continue to the War Remains Museum, where you can learn a lot about the Vietnam War. Lunch with Vietnamese delicacies restaurant in Saigon.

PM: Continue the journey to visit Thien Hau Temple, one of the oldest Chinese temples in Saigon. Have free time wandering around Binh Tay market, where all kind of goods are offered and practice bargaining technique with the local guide and street vendors. Trip ends at your hotel in Saigon.

DAY 3: MEKONG - MY THO - BEN TRE DAY TOUR (BREAKFAST - LUNCH)- JOIN IN

8.00 AM: Pick up from your hotel in Saigon to start the private day trip to visit our special Mekong delta.

10:00 AM: Get on a boat to go across the river on Long Island, visitors see the village floating fish market, tropical fruit Orchard. The visit to a real local family to enjoy all kinds of fruits in the giant garden while listening to the traditional local folk music: "Don Ca Tai Tu". Strolling along the village to visit different families and gardens and enjoy honey tea here.

The boat journey would continue to take visitors to a workshop of coconut candy (a specialty of Ben Tre). Enjoy the freshly made candy and get back to the boat to visit the local market. From here, we will get a Cycling tour (Horse cart if you are not fond of biking) on the village road creeping through the orchards along roads and pristine beauty that nature has bestowed the area. Visit workshop of cakes. Get to the local restaurant for lunch. (Any special diet can be served on request).

2h00 PM: Get back to the boat to go back to the canal and return to Saigon. Finish the trip at your hotel in Saigon at about 4.30 pm.

DAY 4: CAO DAI - CU CHI FULL DAY TOUR (BREAKFAST - LUNCH) - JOIN IN 01/10/2015

8.00 AM: Pick you up from hotel. Start to visit The Great Holy See Temple, built in 1926, is considered one of the most striking structures in all of South-East Asia. It is the headquarters of the unique Cao Dai sect, a religion with a hybrid of Buddhism, Christianity & Confucianism. Above the entrance is the all-seeing holy eye – symbol of the sect. Visitors will attend the midday ceremony’s extravaganza to witness the daily mass held by the Cao Dai followers which is a fantastic experience. After lunch, proceed to Cu Chi to explore the amazing site where Viet Cong hid during the War. It is now a popular spot for both Vietnamese & foreign tourists - the network of over 200km of tunnels became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. In their heyday, the tunnels were functioning underground cities including numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers & kitchens. There is plenty of evidence of the fierce battle that took place here during the 1960s when Cu Chi was a "Free Target Zone". Visitors can watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed before entering the tunnels. Spend the next hour exploring the tunnels. Afterwards, enjoy tea, cassava (guerrilla’s food in war time). Return to SaiGon.
