DAY 1: HO CHI MINH ARRIVAL - HCMC FOOD TOUR (D) 9/3/2017
Pick up at your flight to the hotel in HCMC.
5.00 PM: Have a special walking tour to visit Saigon city and try its special food tour. Our walking today will connect you from the most famous Nguyen Hue walking street and the local markets to the most special food corner in town near Ben Thanh market. The food trail will show you the different dishes of Taste of Hanoi with its Southern culinary style which is also rich and various. Saigon is a dynamic city its unforgettable endless dinning experience.

DAY 2: HO CHI MINH ARRIVAL - BEN TRE - MY THO PRIVATE DAY TOUR (B; L) 10/3/2017
1.00 AM: Pick up 01 tourist to the hotel. Check in Saigon hotel.
10.00 Noon: Driver picks up from your hotel in Saigon to start the day trip to visit our special Mekong delta.
12:00 am: Get on a boat to go across the river on Long Island, visitors see the village floating fish market, tropical fruit Orchard. The visit to a real local family to enjoy all kinds of fruits in the giant garden while listening to the traditional local folk music: "Don Ca Tai Tu". Strolling along the village to visit different families and gardens and enjoy honey tea here. The boat journey would continue to take visitors to a workshop of coconut candy (a specialty of Ben Tre). Enjoy the freshly made candy and get back to the boat to visit the local market. From here, we will get a Cycling tour (Horse cart if you are not fond of biking) on the village road creeping through the orchards along roads and pristine beauty that nature has bestowed the area. Visit workshop of cakes. Get to the local restaurant for lunch. (Any special diet can be served on request).
4.00 PM: Get back to the boat to go back to the canal and return to Saigon. End the tour at Saigon hotel at around 6.30 PM.

DAY 3: SAIGON CITY - CU CHI TUNNEL TOUR - FLY TO HANOI (B; L) 11/3/2017
9.00 PM: We start the trip by visiting Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office, followed by exploring the Reunification Palace, and the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum. optional Ben Thanh Market. Lunch in the local restaurant.
PM: Start the visit to Cu Chi Tunnel - Located 60km from HCMC, Cu Chi is now a popular spot for both Vietnamese & foreign tourists - the network of over 200km of tunnels became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. In their heyday, the tunnels were functioning underground cities including numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers & kitchens.
Today, ducks and water buffalo happily co-exist in the rivers along the side of the road. However, the peaceful rural rice paddy scenery belies the area’s violent history. Visitors will find it hard to imagine the destruction, damage & defoliation over this whole area, caused by bombing and mines. There is plenty of evidence of the fierce battle that took place here during the 1960s when Cu Chi was a "Free Target Zone". Start our tour in the afternoon, before entering the tunnels visitors can watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed. You will spend the next hour exploring the tunnels. Afterwards, enjoy tea, cassava (guerrilla’s food during the war). Return to Sai Gon. Drop off at Tan Son Nhat airport en-route for the flight to Hanoi.
Upon arrival to Hanoi, get picked up by our driver to get to the hotel. Stay overnight in Hanoi hotel.

8.00: Shuttle bus pick up from your hotel in Hanoi, move to Halong Bay (3.5 hour drive). Follow the cruise itinerary. All services included.

DAY 7: HANOI CITY TOUR - TRAIN TO LAO CAI (B; L) 15/3/2017
8.00 AM: Driver & guide pick up at the hotel lobby. We will visit the main attractions in Hanoi. The first destination we are going to visit Ho Chi Minh historical Complex; visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his residence relics 50 years ago to understand why Vietnamese people worship him and the human beings respect him: the nationalist! The journey would bring you to the One Pillar pagoda - the unique 1000 years old pagoda in the area. The visit will continue to the Temple of Literature, which is known the place worshiping Confuses and as the first university in our country 1000 years ago. Visit Museum of Ethnology. Have lunch in a local restaurant in Hanoi
14.00: Visit Ngoc Son (Jade) temple & Restored Sword Lake. Shopping in Hang Gai Street, Hang Dau Street.
16.00: Have a water puppet show in Thang Long water puppet theater.
17.00: Get back to your Hanoi hotel (01 room kept for shower and refresh till 6.00 PM). Free for dinner.
9.00 PM: Get to the train station and stay overnight in the hotel in Hanoi.

DAY 8: LAO CAI - Y LINH HO - LAO CHAI - TA VAN (B; L; D) 16/3/2017
5:00 AM: Arrive at Lao Cai Train station in the early morning. Be picked up by your driver and take an 01hr drive to Sapa for breakfast and morning shower in the Hotel in Sapa.
After breakfast, Sapa Local guide greets and meet! we will take a 6km walking down to the south east of Sapa along the side of Muong Hoa valley to Y Linh Ho village of the Black H’mong. A 2km-trekking down to Lao Chai village, through terraced rice fields to Ta Van village of the Dzay minority people. Lunch at a local family, it gives you a worth chance for you to learn about the local house architecture which is full of their daily life styles and exclusive custom. Enjoy the landscapes…on the way. Dinner in the local Dzay- Overnight at the Home-stay

DAY 9: TA VAN - GIANG TA CHAI - SU PAN - SAPA (B; L; D) 17/3/2017
After breakfast, continue on 14 km of trekking to visit 2 villages of the red Dzao, the H’mong. Picnic lunch en-route. Visit a beautiful waterfall and rattan bridge. Enjoy landscapes... through bamboo forest to the main road to catch the Car to return to Sapa. Dinner in the local restaurant and stay overnight in Sapa hotel.

DAY 10: SAPA - CAN CAU SATURDAY MARKET - TRAIN TO HANOI (B; L; D) 18/3/2017
6.30 AM: Drive to Can Cau (125 km / 3 hours from Sapa, or 87 km / 2 hours from Lao Cai). Take time to explore the market. Mingle with the locals and soak in the atmosphere, maybe try to haggle a bargain! After the market travel to Bac Ha town to have lunch in a local restaurant where you can try the traditional lunch of Thang Co (horse stew) and corn wine (alternative dishes are available!).
After lunch we will drive to Ban Pho village and take a short walk around where the Flower Hmong, Tay and Nung minorities live. We will see the local people making corn wine in their houses, ready for the Bac Ha market on Sunday.
End the afternoon with a drive to Lao Cai railways Station. Have dinner and get on the train to get back to Hanoi.
