DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL - HANOI VESPA TOUR - HANOI FOOD TOUR(L) 23/9/2015

Pick up from the airport to the hotel in Hanoi Aeroflot flight no. SU 0290 arrival time 08.30. am. Check in and have a rest after the long flight. Have lunch in the local restaurant in Hanoi.

1.00 pm: Have special Vespa tour to visit Hanoi city. Some of the places included in our tours: City gate, Long Bien Bridge, West lake, Phu tay ho temple ,Van Nien Pagoda, My Dinh- New Hanoi city , Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (Pass by only).

18.00: Start from your hotel in Hanoi to try the different local food of Hanoi with Hanoi Food Tour.

The main stops are at the most Only -One - Dish - famous shops or restaurants owned by families who have been making certain famous traditional dishes in Hanoi for years. These famous dishes of Hanoi culinary experience will come one after the other during the walking tour in this Hanoi National Heritage area. The experience will not only bring you the real local Hanoi dishes but also the special way of enjoying it as a part of the daily culinary life in Hanoi! The journey will bring you down to the local market to learn about Vietnamese cooking and eating habits. This industrialized haste and busy life creates a lot of fast foods. Hanoians are lucky to be able to eat delicious home-cooked meals in a busy city at any time! The walking takes you down to some smaller walkways and alleys which you would not normally enter. It is time we find "A City Inside A City".

DAY 2: TRANG AN - HOA LU - TRAIN TO SAPA (B; L; D) 24/9/2015

8.00 am: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi, depart for Ninh Binh Tour towards to the South of Hanoi, it takes about 2,5 hours to get there(100 km).

10.30 am: Arrive in Hoa Lu, Visit Hoa Lu - The Ancient Capital and the remaining two temples of Dinh King & Le King.

11.30: Drive to Trang An (Three Grottoe) with a 10 minutes drive. Have lunch at Vietnamese restaurant with local food.

PM: Take an exciting boat ride in Trang An grottoes(World heritage site in 2014) that we will enjoy the spectacular scenery while gliding along the river among and ranges of limestone mountains peaking up towers over with the system of caves (3 hrs).

16.30: Return to Hanoi at around 7 pm, Have dinner before the train to Sapa.

20.00: Leave for the train for Sapa.

DAY 3: SAPA - Y LINH HO - LAO CHAI - TAVAN (B; L; D) 25/9/2015

5.00: Arrive at Lao Cai Train station in the early morning. Be picked up by your driver and take  an 01hr drive to Sapa for breakfast and morning shower in the Hotel in Sapa.

DAY 4: TAVAN - GIANG TA CHAI - SUPAN - SAPA (B; L; D) 26/9/2015

After breakfast at the local homestay, we continue on 14 km of trekking to visit 2 villages of the red Dzao, the H’mong. Visit a beautiful waterfall and rattan bridge. Enjoy landscapes… through bamboo forest to the main road to catch the Car to return to Sapa.

Have dinner at the local restaurant in Sapa! Stay overnight in Sapa hotel!

DAY 5: BAC HA MARKET - TRUNG DO VILLAGE (B; L; D) 27/9/2015

Leaving Lao Cao we drive to Bac Ha market (approximately 2 hours). Arriving at Bac Ha, we visit the big market and the colorful ethnic people of the Flower H'mong, Phu La and Dao Tuyen minorities, who gather here to buy and sell their handicraft products. After spending the morning exploring the market our lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After lunch we drive downhill and begin a short walk to Trung Do Village which is home to the Tay minority. Here we will visit a traditional Tay house. We then travel by boat through this amazing countryside to Bao Nhai Village.

Have dinner at Lao Cai before your train back to Hanoi.

19.30 pm: Stay overnight on the train to Hanoi.

DAY 6: HANOI - TRANSFER TO HALONG CRUISE (B; L; D) 28/9/2015

The train arrives at Hanoi in the early morning, Tour guide pick you up, and escort you back to your hotel in Hanoi. Have shower and family rest in 01 room for around 1 hour before breakfast at the hotel.

8.00 am: Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi by private vehicle to check in Halong Bay cruise. Follow the cruise activity in the rest of the day. Lunch, dinner served on the cruise.

DAY 7: HALONG - HANOI - HUE BY FLIGHT (B; L; D) 29/9/2015

Follow the cruise Itinerary in the morning. Check out at noon and get private transfer from Halong city to the airport to depart for your flight. Upon your arrival in Hue, get picked up by guide and driver to go to a local restaurant for a cuisine experience in Hue. Stay overnight in Hue hotel.

DAY 8: HUE CITY TOUR - HOIAN (B; L; D) 30/9/2015

DAY 9: HOI AN OUTSKIRT COOKING CLASS -  HOIAN HALF DAY CITY TOUR (B; L) 01/9/2015

08.00 am: Pick up from hotel and start biking tour to Tra Que Village.

We will cycle to a local farm in Tra Que village. A short stroll will take you around the vegetable garden and then you can join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it with water weed and fern from the local lake. Learn to rake the ground, sow, water, pick vegetables and do gardening activities. Take a short rest and enjoy foot bath before getting to preparing lunch with a local family. Our lunch today will be prepared by yourselves with many local delicacies including 'Tam Huu' spring roll, Banh Xeo or local pancake of people in Vietnam middle region. you can join the cooking with the chef and get to practice the cooking classes. After your morning excursions and your lunch, you will take a Vietnamese traditional postprandial nap before learning how to harvest and wrap the vegetables.

2.00 PM: Bike back to Hoian. Free for the evening and stay at the hotel in Hoi An

Afternoon:  Walking tour around the town to experience this old port town with the mixture of different constructions of old houses such as Japanese Bridge, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, Sa Huynh Museum, Ong pagoda and local market…At the town, you also have chance to enjoy traditional music show at an old house. Hoi An is famous for shopping place and tailor-made shops with reasonable price and the speedy services after 1-2 hours. Free for your meals and activities. Stay overnight in Hoian hotel.
