TOUR ITINERARY
Day 1 HANOI – BAI TU LONG BAY (L; D)
Kayaking

07:30 – 08:15 Your transfer vehicle (NOT INCLUDED in cabin price) will collect you from your hotel in Hanoi and convey you to Halong City.

12.00 Embark at Vinashin Habor. You will be taken on our excursion boat from the wharf and make your way out onto the bay to board our luxurious craft, Signature Halong Cruise.

12:30 You will be welcomed aboard and greeted with a complimentary drink. Our Crew will conduct a compulsory safety procedures session and then you are free to check into your cabin and freshen up. Take time to have a look around the vessel or watch the magical landscape.

13:30 As we begin to cruise through the bay, a special lunch of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites will be served. You won’t get a better view in most restaurants around the world.

15:30 After lunch, we set sail for Bai Tu Long Bay passing the towns of Hon Gai and Cam Pha, extraordinary limestone karst landscapes, Oan Lagoon, Teapot and Monster Head Islets. Explore Vung Vieng Village by local rowing boats or kayaks to discover the interesting daily lives of its inhabitants. Signature Halong Cruise will stay close to Drum Cave for the evening.

17:30 Participate in Vietnamese cooking class to learn how to prepare delicious appetizers and our expert chef will guide you through the process.

18:00 – 19:00 Happy hour with special drink menu and movies

19:00 Dinner is a scrumptious set menu delight with a range of different dishes

20:30 – 22:00 Witness an unforgettable sunset over the bay and layback on the sun deck for some splendid star gazing. Relax with an exotic cocktail or whatever takes your fancy. Our bar has a wide range or wines, beers and liquors from around the world and is always a welcome sight for guests. Our on-board amenities and recreation activities are next to none. Try a specialized massage in our spa service room.
Day 2 HA LONG BAY - HANOI (Breakfast)
Suprise cave

06:00 Wake up and participate in morning Tai Chi class while enjoying fresh air. Relax with an early morning cup of tea, coffee or juice anywhere you wish on the boat and watch the never ending miraculous scenery.

07:00 Enjoy light breakfast.

08:00 After breakfast we board the excursion boat for a side trip to Sung Sot Cave. The 100 stair climb is well worth the extraordinary views this grotto worn over millions of years into a lime stone karst.

9:00 Back onboard, it is time to check out of your cabin as we draw closer to the mainland. After a final early lunch and a last goodbye from our crew at 11:15, you will board excursion boat and head back to the wharf where you will be met by your return trip vehicle to transfer you to Hanoi.

Kayaking

07:45 – 08:15 Make your way from Hanoi through the Red River Deltato Halong City via your transfer vehicle (NOT INCLUDED in cabin price).

12:30 Your cruise will begin with a transfer from the mainland on our excursion boat which will transport you to our main vessel, Signature Cruise Halong Bay. Upon boarding you will be greeted by our friendly Captain and Crew and enjoy a complimentary welcome drink.

After a brief introduction and safety procedures overview, you will be checked into your cabin and have some free time to relax and explore the craft.

13:30 A delicious lunch will be served in our main dining room as we slowly cruise through the magnificent limestone of Halong Bay. Enjoy delicious seafood and other dishes.

In the afternoon we sail to Bai Tu Long Bay passing extraordinary limestone karst landscapes, Oan Lagoon, Teapot and Monster Head Islets, and the towns of Hon Gai and Cam Pha.

15:30 We head to Vung Vieng Village by local rowing boats or kayaks to explore the interesting daily lives of its inhabitants.

16:30 Back on-board Signature Cruise Halong Bay’s main craft we will drop anchor near Hang Trong Islet for overnight stay.

17:30 Our qualified chef will conduct a Vietnamese cuisine cooking demonstration and invite you to participate in the preparation of these mouth-watering delights.

18.00 Happy hour with special drink menu.

19:00 Enjoy dinner.

20:30 – 22:00 Relax at our fully stocked bar, try night squid fishing, watch a film or simply relax on our roof top deck under the cover of a star filled sky.
Day 2 LAN HA BAY EXCURSION (B; L; D)
Lan Ha Bay

06:00 Early birds are welcome to attend sunrise Tai Chi on our upper deck and it’s an excellent way to get your energy levels up. You will be fascinated by the exquisiteness of Halong Bay in the early hours as you enjoy a coffee, tea or juice or take a dip in the emerald waters.

07:00 As we raise our anchor we cruise past incredible sites such as Drum Cave, Trinh Nu (Virgin) Cave, Coc Ngoi (Toad) Islet and more. Enjoy an amazing buffet breakfast.Next we board our excursion boat to head to Lan Ha Bay, best known for its crystal clear sandy beaches. Enjoy kayaking, swimming or just relax on a stunning secluded beach.

12:00 A mouth-watering BBQ lunch will be served on the beach (weather permitting).

14:00 After lunch we continue on to the most isolated area of Lan Ha Bay near the border of The Gulf of Tonkin and explore Dark Cave & Light Cave. We visit a beautiful lagoon and charming fishing villages and depending on the weather and tides, kayak through an incredible tunnel under a limestone karst.

16:30 Back on board Signature Cruise, take time to freshen up, take a nap or just relax at your leisure as we cruise to Drum Cave areas for overnight stay. Witness one of the most brilliant sunsets.

19:00 A special dinner will be served offering you outstanding food and quality service.

20:30 –22:00 This evening is yours to enjoy whatever you please. We will hold a movie night with a selection of some of the latest release films available. We also have a selection of board games and trivia quizzes for your entertainment. Our bar is always open and is an ideal place to meet new people and share stories about your adventures.
Day 3 HALONG BAY – HANOI (Breakfast)
Suprise Cave

06:00 Wake up early, enjoy sunrise and participate in morning Tai Chi class.

07:00 Have light breakfast.

09:00 Board the excursion boat to visit Suprise Cave. Climb 100 stairs and explore this incredible cavern with stunning formations and magnificent views of Halong Bay and surrounding areas.Back on our main craft it is time to check out of your cabin and enjoy the last stage of your trip with a delicious lunch as we continue to cruise back towards Halong.

11:15 After a final farewell from our staff, you will be transferred back to Halong City wharf via our excursion craft back to Hanoi.We believe that you will had a pleasant journey with Signature Cruise Halong Bay and hope to serve you again.

Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days: 10 % of total price
- From 16 to 30 days:20 % of total price
- From 6 to 15 days:30 % of total price
- Under 6 days:100% of total price
Cancellation policy due to bad Weather
- All cruises in Halong Bay must have permit from Management Board of Halong Bay to stay overnight in the Bay.
- Based on the weather conditions (high winds, monsoon, thunderstorm, cyclone, storm,...), the Management Board has the right to cancel all overnight cruises on certain day to guarantee the safety of tourists.
- In those cases, following policies will be applied:
- - If the cancellation is informed before you leave Hanoi to Halong Bay (you have not used any service yet): 100% refund.
- - If the cancellation is informed during the trip (you have already used some services: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong,...): Only the fee of these services will be charged and we will refund whole remain amount
- - If the trip are cut down from 3 days/2 nights to 2 days/1 night, we will charge as 2 days/1 night trip, plus other services you have already used and refund the remain amount.
- Important Notes:
- - The cancellation is announced ONLY by the Management Board of Halong Bay and often in short notice of time. Therefore your understandings in these situations are highly appreciated
- - The period from May to July is considered as storm weather in Halong Bay with many unpredictable weather conditions. Hence more cruises will be cancelled with short notice during this season.
- - In all cases, please contact our consultants directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Price & Extra Bed
- Free of charge for one child below the age of 5 years sharing with two adults. Limited one child per cabin only
- Children from 5 to under 12 years of age sharing a cabin with two adults on one bed are charged at 50% of adult rate, limited to one child per cabin only.
- Two children below 12 years sharing a private cabin are charged at 75% of the full cabin rate. Child from 12 years must occupy a separate cabin and pay the full cabin rate
