Cruising along Halong Bay Vietnam, V'Spirit Classic Cruises features deluxe cabin rooms with a blend of modern and oriental décor. It offers 24-hour front desk staff, an English-speaking tour guide and a business centre with free Wi-Fi access.

Fitted with parquet flooring, comfortable air-conditioned rooms are furnished with a wardrobe, telephone and seating area. Rooms offer sea views and come with an en suite bathroom equipped with hairdryer, shower and free toiletries.

We booked an overnight trip on Halong Vspirit cruise and the trip was very pleasant. Our cruise was Vspirit 2 which was quite new and well equipped. We also got the food tour with the company at the end of the 2nd day which was beyond our expectation. We walked around the old town and tried all the local dishes. It was a fabulous experience with this company.

Our family traveled to Hanoi this beginning of Jan with 4 adults and 2 kids age of 6 and 8. We contacted Mr. Windy 2 weeks ahead and he did a terrific work. We had the round trip airport transfer, 2 nights hotel stay in Mk boutique - a very nice and new hotel, a free food tour on the 1st day of arrival and a night over Vspirit cruise. All went out exactly as expected and we would love to recommend everybody to have their best value trip with this company for Hanoi holiday.

We were impressed by the company deal for the Vspirit cruise in the beginning of this year for our last activity in Hanoi. The cruise deal was extremely good and above expectations. We paid much lower than others who booked it with the hotel they stayed and also we got a private food tour for 2 persons which was also fantastic! Highly recommend it to everyone.

Нам очень понравился круиз Halong Vspirit от компании VTT .Цена была намного ниже других подобных вариантов и это учитывая тур в Ханой, который включал бесплатную еду в послеобеденное время после круиза. Мы бродили по Старому городу в Ханое и искали место,чтобы отведать местной еды. Наш английский не настолько хорош, чтобы понять всё и наш гид совершенно не владел русским, но это никак не помешало насладиться незабываемым вечером.

Cancellation by Customer
- More than 15 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates.
- From 14 to 2 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates.
- Less than 48 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation policy due to bad Weather
- All cruises in Halong Bay must have permit from Management Board of Halong Bay to stay overnight in the Bay.
- Based on the weather conditions (high winds, monsoon, thunderstorm, cyclone, storm,...), the Management Board has the right to cancel all overnight cruises on certain day to guarantee the safety of tourists.
- In those cases, following policies will be applied:
- - If the cancellation is informed before you leave Hanoi to Halong Bay (you have not used any service yet): 100% refund.
- - If the cancellation is informed during the trip (you have already used some services: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong,...): Only the fee of these services will be charged and we will refund whole remain amount
- - If the trip are cut down from 3 days/2 nights to 2 days/1 night, we will charge as 2 days/1 night trip, plus other services you have already used and refund the remain amount.
- Important Notes:
- - The cancellation is announced ONLY by the Management Board of Halong Bay and often in short notice of time. Therefore your understandings in these situations are highly appreciated
- - The period from May to July is considered as storm weather in Halong Bay with many unpredictable weather conditions. Hence more cruises will be cancelled with short notice during this season.
- - In all cases, please contact our consultants directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
