Cruising along Halong Bay Vietnam, V'Spirit Classic Cruises features deluxe cabin rooms with a blend of modern and oriental décor. It offers 24-hour front desk staff, an English-speaking tour guide and a business centre with free Wi-Fi access.
Fitted with parquet flooring, comfortable air-conditioned rooms are furnished with a wardrobe, telephone and seating area. Rooms offer sea views and come with an en suite bathroom equipped with hairdryer, shower and free toiletries.

  We are the family of 6 persons visited Hanoi , Halong Bay and stayed overnight on Vspirit cruise. The cruise would be rated as good but not excellent. Everything was excellent except the toilets which were a bit dated in the 3 rooms.Our food tour with Windy at the end of 2nd day was a wonderful experience.

  We had 5 days in Hanoi with the customized package from VTT with the Vspirit cruise and the food tour. This 2-day cruise was part of a 4-star hotel in Hanoi and a Deluxe cruise with the free food tour led by Windy during his spare time after office work. Our drivers were always on time and the food tour brought us a fantastic experience of Hanoi food. Our most expected activity was with Halong vsprit cruise. The shuttle bus with was on time and the guide spoke a very good English. They stopped halfway for souvenir in the middle of the 4 hours drive. Within minutes of boarding the vessel we were able to buy drinks (quite reasonable prices if you are on the ocean) and were given keys to our cabins. There were 19 other people on the cruise and the boat was quite full and there were various nationalities in this Engilsh-speaking junk cruise. The cabins were comfortable, had en-suite wc and shower and secure door locks. The food was excellent and plentiful throughout the cruise and there was lots to do. Activities included swimming, kayaking, tai chi, a cooking class and a visit to the biggest cave in Halong Bay. We spent the night in a very quiet area of the bay and I was able to get a signal to phone home. Some of places with strong signal, I was even able to check my emails.Halong scenery was truly breathtaking, the guide and crew were really helpful and the cruise was without doubt, one of the highlights of the tour.We would like to send our special thanks to Vspirit cruise, tour guide Toan, driver Tien and especially Windy for offering the most wonderful experience in Hanoi, Vietnam. We will surely use this company when we get back in Asia.

  The cruise offered us an amazing experience for the price with 2 days 1 night journey. Our cabin was good, food was a kind of extravagance but drinks were more expensive than the hotel with the same range. Totally a wonderful experience with Vspirit.

- More than 15 days prior to check-in: 10% of total rates.
- From 14 to 2 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates.
- Less than 48 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
Cancellation policy due to bad Weather
- All cruises in Halong Bay must have permit from Management Board of Halong Bay to stay overnight in the Bay.
- Based on the weather conditions (high winds, monsoon, thunderstorm, cyclone, storm,...), the Management Board has the right to cancel all overnight cruises on certain day to guarantee the safety of tourists.
- In those cases, following policies will be applied:
- - If the cancellation is informed before you leave Hanoi to Halong Bay (you have not used any service yet): 100% refund.
- - If the cancellation is informed during the trip (you have already used some services: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong,...): Only the fee of these services will be charged and we will refund whole remain amount
- - If the trip are cut down from 3 days/2 nights to 2 days/1 night, we will charge as 2 days/1 night trip, plus other services you have already used and refund the remain amount.
- Important Notes:
- - The cancellation is announced ONLY by the Management Board of Halong Bay and often in short notice of time. Therefore your understandings in these situations are highly appreciated
- - The period from May to July is considered as storm weather in Halong Bay with many unpredictable weather conditions. Hence more cruises will be cancelled with short notice during this season.
- - In all cases, please contact our consultants directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
