There are loads of boats to choose from and we were delighted in our choice. The boat was quite new and spotlessly clean. We had an upstairs room with the balcony and loved it. The bathroom was like new The food on the trip is wonderful as were the staff - really nice with a fabulous chef too! Would 100% recommend this. Note that the decor on ours was nothing like the hideous green as shown in the photos - it was shades of brown and gold.

7.30 - 12:00 Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi (NOT INCLUDED in the cabin rate). Drive to Halong City through the paddy fields in the Red River Delta

Stopover at Hai Duong province for refreshment about 20 – 30 minutes

12.00-13.00 Arrive in Tuan Chau Wharf – Breaking and taking photo at Glory Legend Private Lounge.

Transfer by tender to the boat

13.00-15.30 Check in and enjoy welcome drink, receive cruise brief and safety instruction by crew member and cruise manager.

Start cruising. Enjoy set menu lunch while cruising to magnificent Halong Bay - Bai Tu Long Bay, admire the fascinating formations on the way. You will have opportunity to see the famous such as: Perfume Rock, Fighting Cock, Lonely Rock, Saddle Rock…. before arrives to Vung Vieng village.

15.30-17.30 Visit Vung Vieng village by a rustic – row boat, meet the local people who will help you row the boat for sightseeing. Enjoy quiet space and fresh air, you will feel truly relaxing

Free optional swimming and kayaking around many small and big islands at emerald Bai Tu Long water.

17.30-19.30 Back to the boat and free time for relaxing

Day 2: Halong Bay - Hanoi (B; L)
Suprise Cave

06.00-09.00 Taking part in Tai Chi class on the sundeck (duration about 30 minutes).

Coffee, tea and pastries… for breakfast are served in the dining room with morning view of bay’s landscape.

Transfer by tender to Sung Sot Cave. Walk up about 100 steps to the cave entrance. It takes approximately 45 minutes for cave visiting.

Return to the boat by tender. Proper shoes are highly recommended.

09.00-11.30 Check out and make payment in reception area.

Have a set menu brunch while cruising back to the Tuan Chau Wharf. Relax on the sundeck or in the dining room enjoying the bay scenery as approaching the wharf.

11.30 Transfer by tender to Tuan Chau Wharf. Say goodbye to the crew.

12.00-16.30 Return from Halong to Hanoi by shuttle bus.

Stop over the middle to visit a traditional workshop.

Three Peaches Islet

8.30-12.30 Transfer to another boat for visiting Three Peach. Have 2 hours for cruising. Time for sun bathing on sundeck, enjoy beauty of Halong Bay.

Kayaking and swimming at Three Peaches Beach, a pristine natural one lapped by turquoise water (if the weather permit). Possibility of kayaking through an amazing tunnel carved under a limestone mountain.

12.30-19.00 Back to boat. Set menu lunch is served. Then visiting Dong Tien Cave.

Cruise back to Glory Legend Cruises. Free time on boat for relaxing.

Take part in cooking class – Happy Hour (buy one drink, get one free).

Cancellation by Customer
- Before 6 days: 10% charge of total price
- From 3 - 5 days: 50% charge of total price
- 3 days prior or no show: 100% of total price
Cancellation policy due to bad Weather
- All cruises in Halong Bay must have permit from Management Board of Halong Bay to stay overnight in the Bay.
- Based on the weather conditions (high winds, monsoon, thunderstorm, cyclone, storm,...), the Management Board has the right to cancel all overnight cruises on certain day to guarantee the safety of tourists.
- In those cases, following policies will be applied:
- - If the cancellation is informed before you leave Hanoi to Halong Bay (you have not used any service yet): 100% refund.
- - If the cancellation is informed during the trip (you have already used some services: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong,...): Only the fee of these services will be charged and we will refund whole remain amount
- - If the trip are cut down from 3 days/2 nights to 2 days/1 night, we will charge as 2 days/1 night trip, plus other services you have already used and refund the remain amount.
- Important Notes:
- - The cancellation is announced ONLY by the Management Board of Halong Bay and often in short notice of time. Therefore your understandings in these situations are highly appreciated
- - The period from May to July is considered as storm weather in Halong Bay with many unpredictable weather conditions. Hence more cruises will be cancelled with short notice during this season.
- - In all cases, please contact our consultants directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Price & Extra Bed
- The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults on mattress.
- From 4 - 6 years old is 50% of the total price/ child
- From 7 - 11 years old is 75% of the total price/ child
- Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin
