Had a good time in Hanoi 8.0Good tour guide and trip planning. Response was fast for every question I had. Service quality including hotel and transport was good. Too bad I had to miss out 2 important places so the trip was not truly complete for me. But will recommend VTT to friends and use their service again when I visit Vietnam.Our 1st time to Hanoi was warmly welcomed by Mr. Ha Pham. His introduction and explanation to places we visited were good and clear. In addition Windy has been helpful and quick to respond to queries and we're satisfied with the tour arrangement. Our Hanoi private city tour was unfortunately disappointing because we were not able to visit HCM area and Temple of Literature due to closure for official visits. It was replaced by a short visit to Museum of Ethnology. Although it wasn't the fault of the tour company, it's still a pity that we missed the places we wanted to visit.

JUST GREAT!!!GREAT!!! 9.0On arrival in Vietnam, we were informed that our Halong Bay trip needed to be postponed due to weather ... and thanks to Windy who has re-shuffled our planning, Windy has been helpful in all the way, even going to the pharmacy which was not in the plan! Mr Ha, our tour guide in Hanoi has taken good care of us and we will not forget the 'food taste' tour on our arrival , it was food till you drop! Thank you again for our memorable stay in Vietnam!

Zen Monaastery and Yen Duc Village tour 10.0We had a great day touring with Mr Ha. We visited a lovely Zen Temple, had a great lunch and then toured a small charming village where we were invited into a home and served tea and refreshments. It was a wonderful day and Mr Ha was a great guide--very knowledgeable and cordial.

Wonderful Halong Bay 6 hours tour 9.0We chose the company as the quality reviews and the tour was wonderful. Windy let us choose wheather to join 4 hours or 6 hours tour and his recommendation of 6 hours was really great. Halong Bay is too beautiful to be discover in just a short trip after the 4 hours drive from Hanoi. Our tour guide was really caring and informative.

Fantastic tour in Halong City area! 9.0Windy arranged for Mr Ha to take us around Holong and to the monastery. We appreciated the sites and history he was able to give us. He was good company The driver was good also.

Terrific guide and unique tour! 10.0We had a FABULOUS time with Mr. Wa last night and were only too sorry to have the evening end. It was Arch and I that finally had to admit, that we had eaten enough and because of our early morning departure today to see the sights, we needed to begin our walk home. I truly hope to return to Hanoi some day and will remember your wonderful services. I'll thank Mary and David Peachin for recommending your tour services. A memorable day in Hanoi! 9.0We had a long day with Mr. Ha and the family. Ha was informative and friendly. He was very flexible to change our itinerary with 2 museums instead of visitting the memorial place of Ho Chi Minh. The lunch was really an introduction of Vietnamese food.

Thank you very much for your feed back for the tour. I am glad that you are happy with my guiding. Yes. It is very sad that the major tourist attractions like Ho Chi Minh area and Temple of literature were closed in the date due to the visit of China President Ping. For the safety purpose, Top leader Visit plan is never reported in advance so I was also new to the action.

Due to government leader visit or some situation, the tourist attraction can be closed, the alternative replacement will be applied. For a multiple days Private tour, the order of activities can be changed to make sure customers see their wanted. It is really hard in just a short day tour.
