    ITINERARY

    DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL - HANOI CITY TOUR (L)

    Morning: Driver & guide pick up at the airport with your flight. We will take 45 minutes to drive to the main attractions in Hanoi. the first destination we are going to visit Ho Chi Minh historical Complex; visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his residence relics 50 years ago to understand why Vietnamese people worship him and the human beings respect him: the nationalist! The journey would bring you to the One Pillar pagoda - the unique 1000 years old pagoda in the area. Visit Temple of Literature, which is known the place worshiping Confucius and as the first university in our country 1000 years ago.

    At noon: Enjoy the special Vietnamese lunch at one of the best local Vietnamese food restaurant in Hanoi

    Afternoon: Visit Hoan Kiem (Restored Sword) Lake; Shopping in Hang Gai Street, Hang Dau Street. Enjoy the Water Puppet show and finish the day tour at your hotel in Hanoi.

    DAY 4: HANOI TAM COC BICH DONG - GROUP TOUR(B; L)

    8.00 am: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi, depart for Ninh Binh Tour towards to the South of Hanoi, it takes about 2,5 hours to get there(100 km).

    10.30 am: Arrive in Bich Dong Pagoda, Visit 2 layers of pagoda with Lower, Medium and Higher pagoda. 

    12.00: Have lunch at Vietnamese restaurant with local food in Tam Coc.

    PM: Take an exciting boat ride in Tam Coc grottoes(Halong bay inland) that we will enjoy the spectacular scenery while gliding along the river among rice paddies and ranges of limestone mountains peaking up towers over you(2 hrs).

    16.00: Start the drive to return to Hanoi. Have a special fare well dinner in a fine local restaurant. Free time on your own to walk around the city. Stay overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.

    DAY 3: HANOI - HALONG BAY CRUISE TOUR (B; L; D)

    8.00 am: Shuttle Bus pick up at your hotel in Hanoi for the cruise. Today, we will pass over 100 miles to reach to Halong city with countryside scenery on the side. Upon your arrival to Halong Cruise Harbor, get welcomed and check in the cruise. Have lunch on the cruise and follow the cruise itinerary and activities for the day. (Almost all the cruise are going to see the same thing. Their only difference is quality of services provided).

    6.00 PM: Start to visit the city Old Quarter and a special Hanoi Food tour.

      Good tour guide and trip planning. Response was fast for every question I had. Service quality including hotel and transport was good. Too bad I had to miss out 2 important places so the trip was not truly complete for me. But will recommend VTT to friends and use their service again when I visit Vietnam.Our 1st time to Hanoi was warmly welcomed by Mr. Ha Pham. His introduction and explanation to places we visited were good and clear. In addition Windy has been helpful and quick to respond to queries and we're satisfied with the tour arrangement. Our Hanoi private city tour was unfortunately disappointing because we were not able to visit HCM area and Temple of Literature due to closure for official visits. It was replaced by a short visit to Museum of Ethnology. Although it wasn't the fault of the tour company, it's still a pity that we missed the places we wanted to visit.

      Thank you very much for your feed back for the tour. I am glad that you are happy with my guiding. Yes. It is very sad that the major tourist attractions like Ho Chi Minh area and Temple of literature were closed in the date due to the visit of China President Ping. For the safety purpose, Top leader Visit plan is never reported in advance so I was also new to the action.

      I hope to serve you next time when you are in Hanoi.

      Due to government leader visit or some situation, the tourist attraction can be closed, the alternative replacement will be applied. For a multiple days Private tour, the order of activities can be changed to make sure customers see their wanted. It is really hard in just a short day tour.
