    Sometimes tourists request tour on the date that No guide is available through Search & Book from the web, then they can book a Random Tour Guide to pass the job to arrange the best guides for your trip to VTT. At this point, a local tour guide who might not be in the list (Because he-she has not finished the Quality Check from VTT) but meets VTT's Basic requirements can be also appointed to the tour. 

    Random Hanoi Tour Guide in will have NO unavailability calendar!

    After coming with the tour, clients will be able to review the tour and guide as normal. However, the review will not be jumped into a single guide's wall but stay inside the Random's wall. This Random tour guide will be the VTT's guide availability in common. 

    Reviews for a certain guide who has not passed VTT requirements will be also a critical factor to set the listing of the guide on the site. When the guide finishes the Quality Check from VTT and gets listed on site, the review will jump into guide's wall.

    Achievements and Qualifications:

    - All the tour guide has University decrees with profession in Tourism or the foreign language that he(she) is registered for.

    - All the tour guide has International Tour Guiding license issued by VNAT and still valid.

      The company offers of 0$ food tour for booking a Halong cruise amazed us with the value it could bring. We chose the Majestic and it trip was quite good. The food tour later after the cruise was the highlight of the trip. The food we ate was amazing with a wide range of tastes and styles, all local. Love Pho, bun cha, chaca and all dishes goes with it. It was a fantastic experience with the food tour and the cruise.

They provided the fastest service we have ever experienced: From the quick confirmation of service, sending very clear instruction and also paying money without any fees.       O cruzeiro foi muito agradável, o guia turístico foi muito atencioso e a comida que experimentamos super saborosa. Depois de terminarmos o cruzeiro tivemos um jantar maravilhoso com uma vista de cortar a respiração pela cidade antiga com direito a experimentar 10 pratos típicos. Foi uma introdução excepcional à comida de Hanoi. A Halong Aclass Stellar também providenciou os serviços de transferes para o aeroporto sempre pontuais e seguros. Foram umas férias inesquecíveis!

      Aprovechamos una oferta que constaba de un crucero por la bahía de Ha Long y un recorrido gastronómico gratuito en Hanói, y ha sido la mejor experiencia que hayamos vivido en toda nuestra vida como viajeros. Nos quedamos todo un día para asegurarnos de que la oferta fuera correcta e inclusive le pedimos al personal del hotel que llamara al crucero para asegurarnos de que nos asignaran el crucero correcto y la cabina correcta. ¿Qué les puedo decir? Quizás fuimos muy escépticos, pues la verdad es que nos ofrecieron el mejor servicio que hayamos recibido en un crucero y la mejor guía privada durante el recorrido gastronómico.

      Quasi nessuno nella crociera ci crederebbe. Abbiamo ricevuto un'offerta per Paloma cruise,per un soggiorno di 2 giorni e 1 notte,ancora più bassa rispetto a chi prenota direttamente la crociera, con lo stesso tipo di cabina, ricevendo in regalo anche un tour culinario per 2 persone ad Hanoi che sorprendentemente e' privato, con una guida solo per noi e la possibilità di non condividere la serata con NESSUN altro. E' talmente una grande offerta che ci piacerebbe consigliarla a chiunque e questo è il valore, non crederemo sia reale fino al giorno della partenza. Vorrei caldamente consigliare questa offerta e il servizio della compagnia in generale.

      We got the 5 days highlight of Hanoi. We very much enjoyed everything - from the hotel to the cruise, Tam Coc day tour and also a free food tour.
