I believe that your cruise will be docking at Bai Chay harbor, if you book the Harbor fee of 25$/person, our driver and guide will be picking you up right at the harbor as it is a road-side harbor.

2) Is there a guide that will meet us and take us to the boat?

For sure if we pay the harbor fee. If not, you will need to take taxi to Tuan Chau ticket room and our guide will be waiting for you there.

3) Do you work with a specific company for the cruise boat?  If so, which one?

For day boat of 4 hours visit in Halong bay, we use the boat company of Song Bien and it is a local company. This Vietnamese boat company serves for international tourists and they meet the standard boat of 3*.

We will need to leave the hotel early at around 7.15 AM and have 30 minutes to queue up to visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. If you do not like, it will be not a problem, we can visit the outside of it instead.

10) Can you advise what the fee is for pick up at the cruise harbor? And can you please confirm the price for 4 people is $153.00 USD per person?

The rate 153$ is with the tour and accommodation, food, tickets, vehicles only. The extra pick up fee at the harbor is needed. it is 25$/pax.

Since our ship leaves at from Halong - are you quite confident that we will return with enough time?  I have read that the traffic can sometimes be very congested. The tour has been run for many times without trouble. We will return to Halong city at around 11.45 AM or 12.00. 

In order to make a reservation what would we need to do?  Do we send you a deposit or is the full amount required?  And how do you process payment?

If you would like to get the tour with us, we will be sending you a deposit link of 112$. the rest 600$ (500$ tour + 100$ fee) will be picked up in cash by our guide!

7:00 am: Our guide and driver welcome you at Tien Sa Port where your cruise ship land in the port and start your day trip to discover Hoi An Ancient Town which is 1 hour drive from Danang. Travel on beautiful street along My Khe Beach to reach Hoi An. Walking tour around the town to experience this old port town with the mixture of different constructions of old houses such as Japanese Bridge, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, Sa Huynh Museum, Ong pagoda and local market…At the town, you also have chance to enjoy traditional music show at old house. Hoi An is famous for shopping place and tailor-made shops with reasonable price and the speedy services after 1-2 hours .Enjoy your lunch at restaurant.

In the afternoon: Leave Hoi An Ancient Town for Da Nang City. Have time to visit Non Nuoc beach, Marble Mountain & Son Tra Peninsular with Linh Ung pagoda to admire the beauties of Da Nang City. You will return Tien Sa Port in the afternoon before your cruise ship depart.
