At 18.00: Meet at your hotel lobby & start our walking tour in the Old Quarter of Hanoi.
The main stops are at the most Only-One-Dish-famous shops or restaurants owned by families who have been making certain famous traditional dishes in Hanoi for years. These famous dishes of Hanoi culinary experience will come one after the other during the walking tour in this Hanoi National Heritage area. The experience will not only bring you the real local Hanoi dishes but also the special way of enjoying it as a part of the daily culinary life in Hanoi! The journey will bring you down to the local market to learn about Vietnamese cooking and eating habits. This industrialized haste and busy life creates a lot of fast foods. 30 am: Start from your hotel in Hanoi, we will come to the heart of the city for the main attractions in town. Today, the first destination we are going to visit Ho Chi Minh historical Complex; visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his residence relics 50 years ago to understand why Vietnamese people worship him and the human beings respect him: the nationalist! The journey would bring you to the One Pillar pagoda - the unique 1000 years old pagoda in the area.
10.00 am: Continue the visit to Women Museum (Customized museum to your request)
12.00: Enjoy the special Vietnamese lunch at one of the best local Vietnamese food restaurant in Hanoi
13.00: Visit Temple of Literature, which is known the place worshiping Confucius and as the first
University in our country 1000 years ago
14.00: Visit Ngoc Son (Jade) temple & Restored Sword Lake; Visit Hanoi Old Quarter, take a rickshaw tour to see the Old Quarter.
16.30: Finish the tour at your hotel in Hanoi.

DAY 3: LAO CAI - SAPA - SILVER WATER FAILL - TRAM TON PASS - SIN CHAI - CAT CAT - Local Guide + Italian guide 31/7/2017
5:30 AM: Arrive at Lao Cai Train station in the early morning. Be picked up by your driver and take an 01hr drive to Sapa for breakfast and morning shower in the Hotel in Sapa.
9.00 AM: your private tour will depart out of the hotel by car on the mountain road; this is well known as Tram Ton Pass. This twisty beautiful vista road leads you to the Silver Waterfall, a litle walk up stairs will give you one of the most beautiful pictures of the water fall you have ever seen in your trips. A short drive backwards will bring you departure of trekking tour, a peaceful trail comes in view that will lead you though the rice terraces and down to the H'mong village of Sin Chai. The scenery is excellent here, a small slot valley filled with rice terraces and scattered homes. Sin Chai is a litle remote village and maintains its own characters with traditional homes and common agriculture ways.Enjoy the picnic lunch. After visiting this village, a narrow road will lead you about 3 km to Cat Cat village of H'mong where you have an opportunity to visit the village and admire the hydro-power station designed and built by French in the time and beautiful waterfall and crystal clear river. Get back to Sapa by private car. Stay overnight in the hotel in Sapa.

DAY 4: SAPA - COC LY MARKET - TRAIN TO HANOI (B; L; D) - Local Guide + + Italian guide 1/8/2017
7.00 AM: Drive to Coc Ly (95 km / 1h 45m from Sapa, or 60 km / 1 hour from Lao Cai). Enjoy your time at the market, walk around, bargain and take in the sights and sounds of local life. After exploring the market take a short drive to the Chay river. Sail down the gently flowing waters, lined by corn and vegetable fields, passing beautiful villages, impressive waterfalls, gorges and caves as you journey downriver.
Stop halfway down the river to visit Trung Do, a village of the Tay minority people. Take time to explore the farms where they grow exotic chillis and jack fruit. Sail a further 15 minutes down stream to Bao Nhai
village and have a late lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch drive back or Lao Cai. Have dinner in the local restaurant in Lao Cai. Get on the train to get back to Hanoi.

DAY 5: HANOI - TRANSFER TO HALONG CRUISE (B; L; D) Cruise service+ + Italian guide 2/8/2017
Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi by private vehicle + Italian guide to check in Halong Bay cruise. Follow the cruise activity in the rest of the day. Lunch, dinner served on the cruise.

Follow the cruise Itinerary in the morning. Check out at noon and get private transfer from Halong city to the airport to depart for your flight to Hue at 16h40. Upon your arrival in Hue, get picked up by guide and driver to go to a special Royal party in Hue. Stay overnight in Hue hotel.

DAY 7: HUE CITY TOUR (B; L; D) Italian guide 4/8/2017
8.00 AM: Driver and guide pick up from your hotel in Hue City to start the tour to visit the main tourist attractions in Hue! Our first visiting site will be the UNESCO world heritage site: Hue ancient citadel - the place during Nguyen Dynasty known as the Royal Citadel - Forbidden City. Visit Hue Royal Museum and the seven – storey Thien Mu Pagoda on the riverbank. Have lunch in a local restaurant in Hue city.
After lunch, we will choose to visit one of the 03 famous King's tombs in Hue of: King Khai Dinh, King Minh Mang or King Tu Duc. On the way back to visit the Conical and Incense making village.
15.30: Drive from Hue to Hoian. Have a special dinner in Hoian river side restaurant before getting back to the hotel.

DAY 8: HOIAN HALF DAY CITY TOUR - DANANG - SAIGON BY FLIGHT (B; L) Italian guide 5/8/2017
1.00 PM: Guide greets and meet. Take the shuttle bus of the resort to town center and start our walking tour around the town to experience this old port town with the mixture of different constructions of old houses such as Japanese Bridge, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, Sa Huynh Museum, Ong pagoda and local market…At the town, you also have chance to enjoy traditional music show at an old house. Hoi An is famous for shopping place and tailor-made shops with reasonable price and the speedy services after 1-2 hours.
Have free time to discover Hoian before taking a drive from Hoian hotel to Danang airport for a flight to Saigon. Upon your arrival, get our driver pick up Check in Saigon hotel and stay overnight in the hotel in Saigon

8.30 am: Chosen guide and driver pick you up from hotel in Saigon. We will take a drive to visit the Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office, The Reunification Palace, The War Remnants Museum. At noon, we will have lunch in a fine local restaurant in Ho Chi minh city.
PM: Drive to Cu Chi tunnels, the first of impression is watch of short introductory video showing how they were constructed, then spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels. Also on display are various man - traps, the remains of an american tank and numerous bomb craters made by 500 pound bombs dropped by B52 bombers. For those interested there’s even the opportunity to fire off rounds from an AK47 or MK16 at the nearby rifle range Crawling under Cu Chi tunnels Crawling under Cu Chi tunnels.
18.30: Have dinner in a local restaurant in Saigon. Finish the day tour at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city.

Leave Ho Chi Minh city, enjoy the scenic journey along the way bordered by green rice fields. On arrival at My Tho, visit Vinh Trang pagoda, take a leisurely boat ride along the river, view stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Proceed to Tortoise islet, have lunch in the orchard garden. Then a boat ride to An Khanh – a less touristy attraction in Ben Tre, enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shade of water coconut trees along natural canals, then enjoy seasonal fruit, honey tea to the sound of Southern Vietnamese folk music performed by the locals. Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste delicious coconut candy; observe the pastoral life as you roam through the fruit plantations and villages. Proceed to Can Tho. Have dinner and stay overnight in the hotel in Can Tho. Free time to visit the bustling Can Tho market.

Take a leisurely boat trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong river (Bassac River), then proceed to Cai Rang floating markets ( Phong Dien is optional), which are the liveliest in the whole religion.Have you ever tasted Vietnamese vermicelli soup? Well, now go and see how it is made. Then wander around the village and meet the friendly local people and experience how to pass a "Monkey bridge" which is built by only one stem of bamboo. Visit the orchard garden. Stop for lunch. Proceed to Chau Doc, continue the tour to visit Tra Su, getting to the wild birds Sanctuary,cruising smoothly with small boats to discover the arrays of splendid canals deep into the forest, watching storks, cranes and other tropical birds. 7.00 AM: After breakfast, Shuttle bus take you to the station to take fast boat to Phnom Penh. Upon your arrival in Phnom Penh (4 hous 30 minutes), get picked up by our private guide and driver to get to the local restaurant in Phnom Penh for lunch. After lunch, Visit theRoyal Palace, Wat Phnom Temple and Toul Tumpong Market. Stay overnight in Phnom Penh hotel.

DAY 13: PHNOM PENH - SIEM REAP (B, L) Italian guide 10/8/2017
8.00 AM: After breakfast, Visit the infamous Tuol Sleng High School to see the remnants of the S-21 prison camp and hear about how the horrors of the regime unfolded in this innocent location. Peruse the sensitive exhibitions within the high school, which now houses the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, a gallery that speaks eloquently of the brutality of the Khmer Rouge. Lunch in the local restaurant at around 11.00 Noon. Private pick up to the airport for your flight to Siem Riep. Upon your arrival, get pick up by private driver to get to the hotel in Siem Riep. Free for a day to visit Siem Riep city full of restaurants, shops!< /div>

DAY 14: SIEM RIEP - ANGKOR WAT (B; L) Italian guide 11/8/2017
5.00 AM: Start tour early to watch sunrise at Angkor Wat after view of sunrise come back to hotel for breakfast.
After breakfast, visit Angkor Wat, the largest religious monument in the world, its famous silhouette never fails to impress. It covers a huge area of 1.6 sq. km (one sq. mile) and is surrounded by a wide moat. The god-king Suryavarman II ordered the construction in the 12th century and dedicated the temple to Vishnu, the Hindu deity he identified with. The five enormous towers have the same symbolic function as other temple mountains of Angkor: they represent Mount Meru, the mythical dwelling place of Hindu gods. In the outer galleries are some of the finest and best-preserved bas-reliefs of the Khmer Art. Next stop will be Ta Prohm where the jungle has reclaimed the monuments and giant tree trunks reach through the ancient stone. Here you can get a feeling of how the first European Explorers would have found the ruins. This temple is dedicated to the mother of Jayavarman VII, constructed as a Buddhist monastery and enormously wealthy in its time. Then you will end the day with a view at Phnom Bakheng, the best spot over Angkor Wat and the outlying complex before returning to hotel.

DAY 15: SIEM RIEP - ANGKOR THOM (B; L) Italian guide 12/8/2017
After breakfast, Depart from the hotel to visit the Artisan d’Angkor; to see wood and stone carvers at work. Banteay Srei, located about 25 km from the central Angkor area is exceptional in many ways, it is a small complex built in the 10th century by the spiritual mentor of King Jayavarman V and dedicated to the Hindu deity Shiva. Unique to Banteay Srei is the rare pink sandstone on which are exquisite ornamental carvings of gods, demons, coiling serpents and floral garlands. Most of the bas-reliefs found on the walls depict scenes of Hindu episodes - the Ramayana. Afternoon you will discover Angkor Thom Complex- starting at the South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon; there are more than 200 enigmatic smiling faces on the 54 towers of the temple. Next visit the Pyramidal Baphuon, Terrace of the Leper Kings where some exceptionally well conserved early carvings can be seen and the Terrace of Elephants, supported by sculpted stone elephants, it served as the giant viewing platform for royal ceremonies.
