DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL (D) 16/9/2015

Pick up from the airport to the hotel in Hanoi. Check in and have a rest after the long flight. Enjoy the Welcome dinner with special typical Vietnam dishes. Stay overnight in Hanoi hotel!

DAY 2: HANOI PRIVATE CITY TOUR (B; L; D) 17/9/2015

8. 30 am: Start from your hotel in Hanoi, we will come to the heart of the city for the main attractions in town. Today, the first destination we are going to visit Ho Chi Minh historical Complex; visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his residence relics 50 years ago to understand why Vietnamese people worship him and the human beings respect him: the nationalist! The journey would bring you to the One Pillar pagoda - the unique 1000 years old pagoda in the area.

10.00 am: Continue the visit to Women Museum (Customized museum to your request) 12.00: Enjoy the special Vietnamese lunch at one of the best local Vietnamese food restaurant in Hanoi

13.00: Visit Temple of Literature, which is known the place worshiping Confucius and as the first university in our country 1000 years ago

14.00: Visit Ngoc Son (Jade) temple & Restored Sword Lake; Visit Hanoi Old Quarter, take a rickshaw tour to see the Old Quarter. Have time to refresh yourself at the hotel before a special tour.

 At 18.00: meet at your hotel lobby & start our walking tour in the Old Quarter of Hanoi.

The main stops are at the most Only-One-Dish-famous shops or restaurants owned by families who have been making certain famous traditional dishes in Hanoi for years. These famous dishes of Hanoi culinary experience will come one after the other during the walking tour in this Hanoi National Heritage area. Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi by private vehicle to check in Halong Bay cruise. Follow the cruise activity in the rest of the day. Lunch, dinner served on the cruise.

DAY 4: HALONG - HANOI - HUE BY FLIGHT (B; L; D) 19/9/2015

Follow the cruise Itinerary in the morning. Check out at noon and get private transfer from Halong city to the airport to depart for your flight. Upon your arrival in Hue, get picked up by guide and driver to go to a local restaurant for a cuisine experience in Hue. Stay overnight in Hue hotel.

DAY 5: HUE CITY TOUR (B; L) 20/9/2015

8.00 am: Driver and guide pick up from your hotel in Hue City to start the tour to visit the main tourist attractions in Hue! Our first visiting site will be the UNESCO world heritage site: Hue ancient citadel - the place during Nguyen Dynasty known as the Royal Citadel - Forbidden City. Visit Hue Royal Museum and the seven – storey Thien Mu Pagoda on the riverbank. Have lunch in a local restaurant in Hue city.

After lunch, we will choose to visit one of the 03 famous King's tombs in Hue of: King Khai Dinh, King Minh Mang or King Tu Duc. On the way back to visit the Conical and Incense making village.

16.30: End the day trip at your hotel in Hue. Free to discover Hue Cuisine on your own in the evening.

 DAY 06: HUE - DANANG - HOIAN (B; L; D) 21/9/2015

Morning: Check out Hue hotel to depart to visit Danang city with Cham museum. Have lunch in the local restaurant in Danang before the drive to Hoian - the most famous ancient town destination.

Afternoon:  Walking tour around the town to experience this old port town with the mixture of different constructions of old houses such as Japanese Bridge, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, Sa Huynh Museum, Ong pagoda and local market…At the town, you also have chance to enjoy traditional music show at an old house. Hoi An is famous for shopping place and tailor-made shops with reasonable price and the speedy services after 1-2 hours. Have dinner in a local restaurant in Hoian, stay overnight in Hoian hotel.

DAY 07: HOI AN OUTSKIRT COOKING CLASS (B; L) 22/9/2015

08.00 am: Pick up from hotel and start biking tour to Tra Que Village.

We will cycle to a local farm in Tra Que village. A short stroll will take you around the vegetable garden and then you can join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it with waterweed and fern from the local lake. Learn to rake the ground, sow, water, pick vegetables and do gardening activities. Take a short rest and enjoy foot bath before getting to preparing lunch with a local family. Our lunch today will be prepared by yourselves with many local delicacies including 'Tam Huu' spring roll, Banh Xeo or local pancake of people in Vietnam middle region. you can join the cooking with the chef and get to practice the cooking classes. After your morning excursions and your lunch, you will take a Vietnamese traditional post-prandial nap before learning how to harvest and wrap the vegetables.

2.00 PM: Bike back to Hoian. Free for the evening and stay at the hotel in Hoi An

DAY 8: MYSON PRIVATE TOUR  (B; L) 23/9/2015

08.00 am: Your guide and car will meet you at your hotel for your drive through the beautiful countryside villages and towns on our way to the ancient relics of My Son (Became world heritage since 1999). Photo opportunities abound.

09.00 am: We arrive to the haunting sound of Cham music and stop to take in the vibrantly dressed dancers enjoying a traditional dance performance.

09.30 am: Your walking tour begins with a short ascent up to the Cham ruins. Walking along a track bordered by jungle. As we reach the top, the fascinating ruins appear.  While you explore the area and your guide will explain the history of the religious site which served as a burial place for the Cham monarchs many centuries ago. Drive back to Hoian for lunch.

DAY 09: HOIAN - DANANG - SAIGON BY FLIGHT (B) 24/9/2015

Have free time to discover Hoian before taking a drive from Hoian hotel to Danang airport for a flight to Saigon.

DAY 10: SAIGON MEKONG DELTA (B; L; D) 25/9/2015

8.00 am: Driver & Guide pick up from your hotel in Saigon to start the day trip to visit our special Mekong delta.

10:00 am: Get on a boat to go across the river on Long Island, visitors see the village floating fish market, tropical fruit Orchard. The visit to a real local family to enjoy all kinds of fruits in the giant garden while listening to the traditional local folk music: "Don Ca Tai Tu". Strolling along the village to visit different families and gardens and enjoy honey tea here. The boat journey would continue to take visitors to a workshop of coconut candy (a specialty of Ben Tre). Enjoy the freshly made candy and get back to the boat to visit the local market. From here, we will get a Cycling tour (Horse cart if you are not fond of biking) on the village road creeping through the orchards along roads and pristine beauty that nature has bestowed the area. Visit workshop of cakes. Get to the local restaurant for lunch. (Any special diet can be served on request).

3.00 PM: Get back to the boat to go back to the canal and return to Saigon. Have dinner in a local restaurant and finish the day trip at your hotel in Saigon.

DAY 11: SAIGON CITY CUCHI TUNNEL DAY TOUR (B; L; D) 26/9/2015

8.30 am: Chosen guide and driver pick you up from hotel in Saigon. We will take a drive to visit the Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office, The Reunification Palace, The War Remnants Museum. At noon, we will have lunch in a fine local restaurant in Ho Chi minh city.

PM: Drive to Cu Chi tunnels, the first of impression is watch of short introductory video showing how they were constructed, then spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels. Also on display are various mantraps, the remains of an american tank and numerous bomb craters made by 500 pound bombs dropped by B52 bombers. For those interested there’s even the opportunity to fire off rounds from an AK47 or MK16 at the nearby rifle range Crawling under Cu Chi tunnels Crawling under Cu Chi tunnels.

18.30: Have dinner in a local restaurant in Saigon. Finish the day tour at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city.

Free on your own till the private pick up to the airport for your flight to Siem Riep. Get pick up by private driver to get to the hotel in Siem Riep. Free for a day to visit Siem Riep city full of bars, restaurants, shops!

DAY 14: SIEM RIEP - ANGKOR WAT (B; L) 29/9/2015

After breakfast, visit Angkor Wat, the largest religious monument in the world, its famous silhouette never fails to impress. It covers a huge area of 1.6 sq. km (one sq. mile) and is surrounded by a wide moat. The god-king Suryavarman II ordered the construction in the 12th century and dedicated the temple to Vishnu, the Hindu deity he identified with. The five enormous towers have the same symbolic function as other temple mountains of Angkor: they represent Mount Meru, the mythical dwelling place of Hindu gods. In the outer galleries are some of the finest and best-preserved bas-reliefs of the Khmer Art. Then you will end the day with a view at Phnom Bakheng, the best spot over Angkor Wat and the outlying complex before returning to hotel.

DAY 15: SIEM RIEP - ANGKOR THOM (B; L) 30/9/2015

Next stop will be Ta Prohm where the jungle has reclaimed the monuments and giant tree trunks reach through the ancient stone. Here you can get a feeling of how the first European Explorers would have found the ruins. This temple is dedicated to the mother of Jayavarman VII, constructed as a Buddhist monastery and enormously wealthy in its time.
