DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL (D)

Pick up from the airport to the hotel in Hanoi. Check in and have a rest after the long flight. Enjoy the Welcome dinner with special typical Vietnam dishes. Stay overnight in Hanoi hotel!

DAY 2: HANOI PRIVATE CITY TOUR (B; L; D)

8. 30 am: Start from your hotel in Hanoi, we will come to the heart of the city for the main attractions in town. Today, the first destination we are going to visit Ho Chi Minh historical Complex; visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his residence relics 50 years ago to understand why Vietnamese people worship him and the human beings respect him: the nationalist! The journey would bring you to the One Pillar pagoda - the unique 1000 years old pagoda in the area.

10.00 am: Continue the visit to Women Museum (Customized museum to your request) 12.00: Enjoy the special Vietnamese lunch at one of the best local Vietnamese food restaurant in Hanoi

13.00: Visit Temple of Literature, which is known the place worshiping Confucius and as the first university in our country 1000 years ago

14.00: Visit Ngoc Son (Jade) temple & Restored Sword Lake; Visit Hanoi Old Quarter, take a rickshaw tour to see the Old Quarter, 

 17.00: Enjoy the Water puppet show at the theater, have dinner in a local restaurant. Stay overnight in Hanoi hotel.

DAY 3: HANOI - SAPA TOUR - HOMESTAY (B; L; D)

7.00 am: Vehicle pick up from your hotel to start the 6 hours drive to Sapa.

13.00: Reach to Sapa, get welcomed and have lunch in the local restaurant in Sapa. After lunch, we will take a short drive to the place to start the walking tour to the hill tribe where we will start the 04 kms walking walking down to the south east of Sapa along the side of Muong Hoa valley to Y Linh Ho village of the Black H’mong. A 2km-trekking down to Lao Chai village, through terraced rice fields to Ta Van village of the Dzay minority people. where we stay overnight in a local family. Here, you have opportunity to experience their daily life, work and original custom. Tonight, the host will be holding a special cuisine dinner to you. Stay overnight in the home stay house on stilts. 

DAY 4 SAPA LOCAL VILLAGE TOUR - SAPA TOWN (B; L)

After breakfast at the home stay, we will take 14 km walking to visit 2 villages of the red Dzao, the H’mong (Giang Ta Chai & Su Pan). Visit a beautiful waterfall and rattan bridge. Enjoy landscapes… through bamboo forest on the way to the main road to get A Car to return to Sapa. Have lunch at the restaurant in Sapa. Check in Sapa hotel and have after noon time to visit Sapa local market and Sapa church. Have time to rest of the day.

DAY 5: SAPA MARKET TOUR  - DRIVE BACK TO HANOI (B; L; D)

After breakfast you will be picked up again by your private local guide and driver and then depart Sapa for a 3 hour drive to one of the most colorful markets of the region. After the market tour and lunch at a local restaurant you will continue to travel by road for 5 hours back to Hanoi. Have dinner and stay overnight at the Hotel in Hanoi.

DAY 6: HANOI FOOD TOUR (B; L)

At 11.00: meet at your hotel lobby & start our walking tour in the Old Quarter of Hanoi.

The main stops are at the most Only-One-Dish-famous shops or restaurants owned by families who have been making certain famous traditional dishes in Hanoi for years. These famous dishes of Hanoi culinary experience will come one after the other during the walking tour in this Hanoi National Heritage area. The experience will not only bring you the real local Hanoi dishes but also the special way of enjoying it as a part of the daily culinary life in Hanoi! The journey will bring you down to the local market to learn about Vietnamese cooking and eating habits. This industrialized haste and busy life creates a lot of fast foods. Hanoians are lucky to be able to eat delicious home-cooked meals in a busy city at any time! The walking takes you down to some smaller walkways and alleys which you would not normally enter. It is time we find "A City Inside A City".

15.00: Finish the day tour at your hotel in Hanoi.

DAY 7: HANOI - TRANSFER TO HALONG CRUISE (B; L; D)

Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi by private vehicle to check in Halong Bay cruise. Follow the cruise activity in the rest of the day. Lunch, dinner served on the cruise.

DAY 8: HALONG - HANOI - HUE BY FLIGHT (B; L; D)

Follow the cruise Itinerary in the morning. Check out at noon and get private transfer from Halong city to the airport to depart for your flight. Upon your arrival in Hue, get picked up by guide and driver to go to a local restaurant for a cuisine experience in Hue. Stay overnight in Hue hotel.

DAY 9: HUE CITY TOUR (B; L)

8.00 am: Driver and guide pick up from your hotel in Hue City to start the tour to visit the main tourist attractions in Hue! Our first visiting site will be the UNESCO world heritage site: Hue ancient citadel - the place during Nguyen Dynasty known as the Royal Citadel - Forbidden City. Visit Hue Royal Museum and the seven – storey Thien Mu Pagoda on the riverbank. Have lunch in a local restaurant in Hue city.

After lunch, we will choose to visit one of the 03 famous King's tombs in Hue of: King Khai Dinh, King Minh Mang or King Tu Duc. On the way back to visit the Conical and Incense making village.

16.30: End the day trip at your hotel in Hue. Free to discover Hue Cuisine on your own in the evening.

 DAY 10: HUE - DANANG - HOIAN (B; L; D)

Morning: Check out Hue hotel to depart to visit Danang city with Cham museum. Have lunch in the local restaurant in Danang before the drive to Hoian - the most famous ancient town destination.

Afternoon:  Walking tour around the town to experience this old port town with the mixture of different constructions of old houses such as Japanese Bridge, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, Sa Huynh Museum, Ong pagoda and local market…At the town, you also have chance to enjoy traditional music show at an old house. Hoi An is famous for shopping place and tailor-made shops with reasonable price and the speedy services after 1-2 hours. Have dinner in a local restaurant in Hoian, stay overnight in Hoian hotel.

DAY 11: HOI AN OUTSKIRT COOKING CLASS (B; L)

08.00 am: Pick up from hotel and start biking tour to Tra Que Village.

We will cycle to a local farm in Tra Que village. A short stroll will take you around the vegetable garden and then you can join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it with waterweed and fern from the local lake. Learn to rake the ground, sow, water, pick vegetables and do gardening activities. Take a short rest and enjoy foot bath before getting to preparing lunch with a local family. Our lunch today will be prepared by yourselves with many local delicacies including 'Tam Huu' spring roll, Banh Xeo or local pancake of people in Vietnam middle region. you can join the cooking with the chef and get to practice the cooking classes. After your morning excursions and your lunch, you will take a Vietnamese traditional post-prandial nap before learning how to harvest and wrap the vegetables.

2.00 PM: Bike back to Hoian. Free for the evening and stay at the hotel in Hoi An

DAY 12: HOIAN - DANANG - SAIGON BY FLIGHT (B; D)

Have free time to discover Hoian before taking a drive from Hoian hotel to Danang airport for a flight to Saigon. Our driver and guide will welcome you in Saigon to get a dinner and check in your hotel in Saigon. 

DAY 13: SAIGON MEKONG DELTA (B; L; D)

8.00 am: Driver & Guide pick up from your hotel in Saigon to start the day trip to visit our special Mekong delta.

10:00 am: Get on a boat to go across the river on Long Island, visitors see the village floating fish market, tropical fruit Orchard. The visit to a real local family to enjoy all kinds of fruits in the giant garden while listening to the traditional local folk music: "Don Ca Tai Tu". Strolling along the village to visit different families and gardens and enjoy honey tea here. The boat journey would continue to take visitors to a workshop of coconut candy (a specialty of Ben Tre). Enjoy the freshly made candy and get back to the boat to visit the local market. From here, we will get a Cycling tour (Horse cart if you are not fond of biking) on the village road creeping through the orchards along roads and pristine beauty that nature has bestowed the area. Visit workshop of cakes. Get to the local restaurant for lunch. (Any special diet can be served on request).

3.00 PM: Get back to the boat to go back to the canal and return to Saigon. Have dinner in a local restaurant and finish the day trip at your hotel in Saigon.

DAY 14: SAIGON CITY CUCHI TUNNEL DAY TOUR (B; L; D)

8.30 am: Chosen guide and driver pick you up from hotel in Saigon. We will take a drive to visit the Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office, The Reunification Palace, The War Remnants Museum. At noon, we will have lunch in a fine local restaurant in Ho Chi minh city.

PM: Drive to Cu Chi tunnels, the first of impression is watch of short introductory video showing how they were constructed, then spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels. Also on display are various mantraps, the remains of an american tank and numerous bomb craters made by 500 pound bombs dropped by B52 bombers. For those interested there’s even the opportunity to fire off rounds from an AK47 or MK16 at the nearby rifle range Crawling under Cu Chi tunnels Crawling under Cu Chi tunnels.

18.30: Have dinner in a local restaurant in Saigon. Finish the day tour at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city.

DAY 15: SAIGON FREE DAY (B)

Free on your own for shopping and activities!

DAY 16: DEPARTURE (B)

Free on your own till the private pick up to the airport. End of services!
