      what a great way to experience the local cuisine

      Directly after our fantastic Halong Bay Cruise, we received the opportunity to meet up with our local guide Mr. Trinh, who gave us a very professional insight of Vietnams cuisine. We visited 7 delicious places that night throughout the town. Mr. Trinh is a very nice guy, spoke good english and was able to explain all different experiences and food we'd tasted. My wife and I had a wonderful and lasting experience on this food tour. with him. One minor advise to him: He walks quite fast and my wife had difficulties to keep up with us, so perhaps with future clients to walk according to the slowest person on the tour.
